Warranty, delivery and payment
Every Redmi phone comes with the official Xiaomi Sri Lanka warranty. Delivery is Rs 1,000 per order, island-wide, usually within 1–2 days in Colombo and 2–5 days elsewhere. Pay by card, bank transfer or Koko instalments at checkout, and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
