DJI Osmo Action 6 Adventure Combo
Capture your adventures with the DJI Osmo Action 6 Adventure Combo, a compact action camera designed for high-resolution photography, advanced video recording, underwater shooting and stabilized footage. With a 1/1.1-inch CMOS sensor, 155° field of view, 8K video recording, multiple 4K recording modes and RockSteady stabilization, the Osmo Action 6 provides a versatile camera setup for outdoor activities, travel, sports and everyday content creation.
Compact and Durable Action Camera Design
The DJI Osmo Action 6 measures 72.8 × 47.2 × 33.1 mm and weighs just 149g, making it compact enough to carry during outdoor activities and travel. The camera features a durable design with an IP68 waterproof rating and can be used up to 20 meters underwater without the Waterproof Case. With the Waterproof Case installed, the camera can reach up to 60 meters of waterproof depth.
For long-term underwater recording or environments with high water impact pressure, the Waterproof Case is recommended. Before underwater use, the battery compartment cover and USB-C port cover should be properly closed and the Glass Lens Cover tightened. The camera should not be used in hot springs, extreme underwater environments or with corrosive or unknown liquids.
Dual Touchscreens
The Osmo Action 6 features front and rear touchscreens for convenient camera control and framing. The 1.46-inch front screen offers 342 × 342 resolution, 331 ppi and up to 800 cd/㎡ typical brightness. The larger 2.5-inch rear screen features a 400 × 712 resolution, 326 ppi and up to 800 cd/㎡ typical brightness, with peak brightness reaching 1000 cd/㎡.
The dual-screen setup makes it easier to monitor recording and adjust camera settings from different shooting positions.
1/1.1-Inch CMOS Sensor and 155° Field of View
At the heart of the DJI Osmo Action 6 is a 1/1.1-inch CMOS sensor paired with a lens offering a 155° field of view. The lens provides an adjustable aperture from f/2.0 to f/4.0, with a focus range from 0.2 meters to infinity at f/4.0.
The camera supports an ISO range of 100–25,600 for photos and 100–51,200 for video in SuperNight mode. For other video modes, the maximum video ISO is 25,600. The electronic shutter speed ranges from 1/8000 to 30 seconds for photos.
Photography supports a maximum resolution of 7168 × 5376, with approximately 38MP single photos and burst shooting of up to 30 images in 3 seconds.
8K and High-Frame-Rate Video Recording
One of the key features of the DJI Osmo Action 6 is its extensive video recording capability. The camera supports 8K video at 24, 25 and 30fps in a 16:9 aspect ratio. It also supports a wide selection of 4K, 2.7K and 1080p recording modes in 16:9, 4:3 and 9:16 formats.
For high-frame-rate recording, the camera supports 4K up to 120fps, while 1080p recording can reach up to 240fps. This provides options for capturing slow-motion footage, action sequences and vertical content.
The camera also supports 4K Custom recording at up to 60fps, SuperNight video, Subject Tracking, Hyperlapse and Timelapse modes.
Advanced Stabilization
The DJI Osmo Action 6 includes electronic image stabilization with RockSteady 3.0, RockSteady 3.0+, HorizonBalancing and HorizonSteady. These stabilization modes help support smoother footage during movement.
HorizonSteady and HorizonBalancing are supported for selected 1080p, 2.7K and 4K recording modes at frame rates of 60fps or below. Electronic stabilization is not supported in Slow Motion and Timelapse modes.
The camera also provides Pre-Recording, allowing users to select recording durations from 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds, or 1, 2 or 5 minutes.
Photo, Video and Audio Formats
Photos can be saved in JPEG and RAW formats, while video is recorded in MP4 using HEVC. The camera supports a maximum video bitrate of 120 Mbps and uses the exFAT file system.
For audio recording, the Osmo Action 6 supports 48kHz 16-bit AAC audio and includes three microphones.
Built-In Storage and microSD Support
The camera includes 64GB of built-in storage, with 50GB available for use. Storage can be expanded using a microSD card with support for capacities of up to 1TB.
Compatible recommended cards include selected Lexar Professional SILVER PLUS and Kingston CANVAS Go! Plus microSDXC models in capacities ranging from 64GB to 1TB.
1950mAh Battery
The DJI Osmo Action 6 uses a 1950mAh Li-ion 1S battery with 7.5Wh energy and a voltage of 3.87V. Under the specified controlled test conditions, the camera provides up to 240 minutes of operating time when recording 1080p/24fps video with RockSteady enabled, Wi-Fi disabled, Voice Control and Gesture Control disabled, and the screens turned off.
The operating temperature range is -20°C to 45°C, while the charging temperature range is 5°C to 40°C.
Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1
For wireless connectivity, the DJI Osmo Action 6 supports Wi-Fi 6 across 2.4GHz, 5.1GHz and 5.8GHz frequency ranges. It also supports Bluetooth 5.1 Low Energy (BLE).
